Your Buyer's Agent Inside
Japan's Car Auctions

We find the car, inspect it in person, and bid from five years of real Tokyo auction results. Then our export partner ships it to your port. Every cost is listed upfront.

Our Services

Your eyes and hands in Japan's car markets.

Auction Bidding

Japan's car auctions, including USS, TAA and CAA, are dealer-only, so overseas buyers can't get in. We bid for you. You get the translated auction sheet (the Japanese original on request) and a recommended max bid based on five years of final auction prices from Tokyo. We never bid above the limit you approve.

Dealer Sourcing

Some cars rarely come up at auction. For those we go straight to Japanese dealerships. We flag the car and call ahead once you confirm interest. Then we inspect it, and we only start negotiating if it matches the description.

Physical Inspection

Our team or one of our specialists inspects the car in person. That includes 3 to 5 paint gauge readings per panel, photos and a video call. Auction cars can only be inspected on auction day, usually about 4 hours before the lot runs. Inspection is covered by our commission.

Export & Shipping

Our partner export company handles de-registration (抹消登録), export certificates, and Ro-Ro or container booking. The service is port to port. Customs, duty and taxes at your end are paid by you.

Export Process

A transparent, step-by-step breakdown of how we secure and ship your vehicle.

1. Pick a car

Choose an auction lot or a dealer listing. We check it and give you a recommended max bid based on real auction results.

2. Agree the plan

We have a quick call before auction day to agree the expected price and your max bid.

3. Secure your bid

You pay a 10% deposit of your max bid on a refundable invoice. Bidding starts once the deposit is confirmed. The deposit is refunded if we don't win, but kept if the car is won and the balance isn't paid within 3 days.

4. We bid or buy

If we don't win the car, or a dealer car sells first, your deposit is refunded in full to the account it came from.

5. Pay the balance

Once the car is won, you send the balance to our partner export company's holding account within 3 days.

6. Ship

We arrange the paperwork, transport inside Japan and the booking. You get one itemized invoice, plus vessel details and an arrival estimate.
